Jingle Bell Junction is a magical 80-100 minute Christmas theatrical experience where you will join Santa’s elves in their joyful preparations for the holiday season. Engaging in interactive activities, helping with festive tasks, and experiencing the true spirit of Christmas.

Yes, free parking is available on-site. Please note: there may be a short walk from the car park to the event therefore we recommend wearing comfortable footwear.

To ensure you don’t miss out on the festive fun at Jingle Bell Junction, we strongly encourage pre-booking, as space is limited and fills up quickly.

The experience will provide 80 to 100 minutes of interactive fun.

Yes, children will have the opportunity to select a toy of their choice from “Santa’s Toy Shop” following their visit with Santa.

Yes, festive snacks and hot drinks will be available for purchase in the café after the experience.

The event features both indoor and outdoor elements. While all interactive activities are hosted in covered areas, please be aware that pathways between elements may lead through uncovered areas.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure a smooth and magical experience.

Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled booking time. Due to limited space, early arrivals will not be allowed entry to the experience until 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to minimise waiting time.

Please arrive on time to enjoy the full experience. Late arrivals may miss some parts of the event, as we have limited capacity and need to keep to the schedule. Please arrive no less than 10 minutes before your scheduled booking time.

Yes, each family will have a personal visit with Santa. If you’d like to experience this special moment with another family, please book the same time slot and let the elves know so they can arrange it for you.

Jingle Bell Junction is an all-weather activity, so don’t let a little rain dampen the fun. We suggest checking the weather forecast before you arrive and dressing accordingly. Use particular caution when surfaces are slippery.
Ensuring the safety of both our customers and staff, in the case of adverse weather conditions that could pose a risk, we reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, cancel, or modify aspects of the event. We will notify ticket holders of any adjustments via email and/or phone as soon as possible. A full refund will be issued if cancellation is required or alternatively when possible bookings will be transferred to another date.

All tickets purchased are non-refundable however bookings can be changed via your confirmation email up to 72hrs in advance of your booking (if and when there is availability).

Yes, you’re welcome to capture the magic with your own photos during the event. You can also purchase a professional photo taken by our head photographer elf for just €15. Taking photos of children who are not part of your booking, without permission is strictly prohibited.

No refund will be issued in the event of cancellation (full or partial) or no show.

Our Christmas theatrical experience is designed as an interactive and entertaining event for the entire family, not just for children. Each aspect of the production, from the performances to the set design and music is crafted to captivate audiences of all ages.
