The experience concludes with a personal visit to Santa in his cosy woodland cabin, where he will ask about your Christmas wishes. Our head photographer elf, Snappy Snowbell, will be available to take professional photos of you and your family/group, which will be available to purchase for €15.

Yes, children will have the opportunity to select a toy of their choice from “Santa’s Toy Shop” following their visit with Santa. The toys are unwrapped, age-appropriate, and carefully selected to suit all ages and personalities, with a wide variety to choose from.

The event includes both indoor and outdoor elements. While all interactive activities take place in covered areas, please note that some pathways between areas may lead through uncovered areas.

As the experience is set in a natural woodland environment, paths may be steep and can become muddy at times. We recommend wearing weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy, closed-toe footwear for your comfort and safety.

Yes, you’re welcome to capture the magic with your own photos during the event. You can also purchase a professional photo with Santa, taken by our head photographer elf for just €15. Taking photos of children who are not part of your booking, without permission, is strictly prohibited.

Yes, free parking is available on-site. Please note: there may be a short walk from the car park to the event therefore we recommend wearing comfortable footwear. Avoid wearing high heels.

Ensuring the safety of both our customers and staff, in the case of adverse weather conditions that could pose a risk, we reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, cancel, or modify aspects of the event. We will notify ticket holders of any adjustments via email and/or phone as soon as possible. A full refund will be issued if cancellation is required or alternatively when possible, bookings will be transferred to another date.
