Cancellation Policy
All tickets purchased are non-refundable however bookings can be amended (date and time) via your confirmation email up to 72hrs in advance of your booking (provided there is availability). Please note that in the unfortunate event of cancellations (full or partial) or no-shows, no refund will be issued.
Weather
Jingle Bell Junction is an all-weather activity, so don’t let a little rain dampen the fun. We suggest checking the weather forecast before you arrive and dressing accordingly. Use particular caution when surfaces are slippery.
Ensuring the safety of both our customers and staff, in the case of adverse weather conditions that could pose a risk, we reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, cancel, or modify aspects of the event. We will notify ticket holders of any adjustments via email and phone as soon as possible. A full refund will be issued if cancellation is required or alternatively when possible transferred to another date.
Other terms and Conditions
We do not guarantee that the event will meet all your expectations or that it will run without interruptions, delays, or errors.
Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled booking time. Due to limited space, early arrivals will not be allowed entry to the experience until 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Please arrive on time to enjoy the full experience. Late arrivals may miss some parts of the event, as we have limited capacity and need to keep to the schedule.
Professional photos taken by the head photographer elf are optional and not included in the ticket price. These photos can be purchased for €15 online in advance or on the day.
If you wish to visit Santa and enjoy the experience with another family, please book the same time slot and inform the elves in advance.
This event is strictly a no-alcohol and no-smoking and no-vaping event.
Pets are not permitted, with the exception of guide dogs and other assistance dogs.
All children must be accompanied by an adult and remain the sole responsibility of accompanying adult at all times.
Please bring your booking confirmation email on your phone; no need for printouts.
For all online transactions, Smugglers Cove will appear on your bank statement.
Jingle Bell Junction staff directions must be followed at all times.
Jingle Bell junction, and third parties to whom we have provided authority to, takes photographs and/or videos during this event, which may appear on our websites, social media, and other marketing materials. If participants do not want to be photographed and/or recorded, then the participant must notify us via email santa@jinglebelljunction.ie before the session begins.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who are disruptive, use inappropriate language, or behave abusively towards staff and/or visitors. Our main goal is to ensure a enjoyable experience for everyone.
Visitors are welcome to capture the magic with your own photos during the event. You can also purchase a professional photo taken by our head photographer elf for just €15. Taking photos of children who are not part of your booking, without permission, is strictly prohibited.
